2 Koreas agree to launch cross-border cargo railway service Dec. 11
SEOUL, South Korea - North Korean Premier Kim Yong Il (L) and South Korean Prime Minister Han Duck Soo (R) shake hands at a Seoul hotel on Nov. 16, after they exchanged documents to launch a regular cross-border cargo railway service starting Dec. 11 to further develop a joint industrial complex in the North Korean border city of Kaesong. The prime ministers exchanged documents on the final day of their three-day talks, the first of their kind in 15 years.
