Fukuda promises Bush utmost efforts to resume refueling mission
WASHINGTON, United States - Japanese Prime Minister Yasuo Fukuda (L) and U.S. President George W. Bush at a joint news conference at the White House in Washington on Nov. 16. Fukuda said he will make the utmost effort to resume the Japanese refueling mission in the Indian Ocean in support of U.S.-led antiterrorism operations in and around Afghanistan.
