Court dismisses suit against Japan troops' Iraq deployment

SAPPORO, Japan - Lawyers for 33 people who filed a lawsuit claiming that the deployment of Japanese troops in Iraq was unconstitutional hold up banners in front of the Sapporo District Court in Sapporo on Nov. 19 after the court rejected their claim. The banners denounce the court's decision as an unjust ruling.
