Ishii signs free agent deal with Seibu Lions

TOKYO, Japan - Left-hander Kazuhisa Ishii speaks at a news conference at a Tokyo hotel Nov. 25 after the Pacific League's Seibu Lions announced acquiring the former major league pitcher, who has singed with a two-year, 800 million yen deal after filing for free agency earlier this month.
