N. Korean leader's close aide arrives in Seoul
SEOUL, South Korea - Kim Yang Gon (R), director of the United Front Department of the ruling Workers' Party of Korea and a close aide of North Korean leader Kim Jong Il, is greeted by a South Korean official on arrival in Seoul on Nov. 29. He is set to meet with South Korean officials to discuss follow-up measures to agreements made at the inter-Korean summit in October.
