Senba Kitcho admits executive's role in mislabeling

KYOTO, Japan - Sachiko Yuki (C), board director of high-class Japanese restaurant chain Senba Kitcho K.K., submits a report to an official of the farm ministry's regional office in Kyoto on Dec. 10. In the report, Senba Kicho admitted responsibility for the false labeling of its beef and other products.
