'Tokyo Bouz Collection' held to promote attraction of Buddhism
TOKYO, Japan - Monks from eight Buddhist sects hold a fashion show-like ceremony during the ''Tokyo Bouz Collection'' at Tsukiji Honganji Temple in Tokyo on Dec. 15. At the ceremony, 36 monks and nuns performed ''shomyo'' religious music of each Buddhist school, wearing red, green and yellow robes. ''Bouz'' means monk in Japanese.
