Wife of ousted Thai PM Thaksin returns home to face charges
BANGKOK, Thailand - Potjaman Shinawatra, wife of ousted Thai Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra, enters the Supreme Court in Bangkok on Jan. 8 to face corruption charges after arriving Bangkok airport from Hong Kong. The court later released her on bail of 5 million baht ($150,000) and set Jan. 23 as the starting date for her trial.
