Economic minister Ota vows efforts to bolster growth
TOKYO, Japan - Economic and fiscal policy minister Hiroko Ota delivers the government's economic policy speech at the opening session of the regular Diet session on Jan. 18. She stressed the importance of beefing up the nation's economic growth, saying Japan can no longer be called a ''first class'' economy.
