Senba Kitcho restaurant chain gets court OK for rehabilitation
OSAKA, Japan - Sachiko Yuki, the 70-year-old new president of upmarket Japanese restaurant chain Senba Kitcho K.K., tells reporters in Osaka on Jan. 21 that the company has been granted court authorization to start rehabilitation. The restaurant chain has been reeling from a damaged reputation after it was found to have been offering customers some products with expired consumption dates or falsely labeled ingredient origins.
