Mitsubishi Heavy to promote vice president Omiya to new head

TOKYO, Japan - Hideaki Omiya, senior executive vice president of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd., who will become president on April 1, speaks during a news conference in Tokyo on Jan. 29. Omiya will replace Kazuo Tsukuda, who will become chairman.
