Russia shows interest in investing in Japanese markets

TOKYO, Japan - Russian Finance Minister Alexei Kudrin (L) and his Japanese counterpart Fukushiro Nukaga pose for a photo at the start of their talks at the Ministry of Finance on Feb. 10.
