Pro-U.S. fighters relocation Fukuda wins Iwakuni election

IWAKUNI, Japan - Yoshihiko Fukuda (C), supportive of relocating U.S. fighter jets, shakes hands with his supporters Feb. 10 after edging out anti-relocation former Iwakuni Mayor Katsusuke Ihara in the closely fought Iwakuni mayoral election in Yamaguchi Prefecture the same day.
