Kikkoman CEO calls for global food safety standard

TOKYO, Japan - Yuzaburo Mogi, president of Japanese soy sauce maker Kikkoman Corp., speaks to Kyodo News in an interview in Tokyo. He said the world needs to establish a global standard for food safety to ease consumers' concerns and Japan should take the lead in crafting it.
