BOJ chief nominee Muto vows to boost BOJ independence
TOKYO, Japan - Bank of Japan Deputy Governor Toshiro Muto, the government's nominee to succeed outgoing BOJ chief Toshihiko Fukui, testifies before the Rules and Administration Committee of the House of Representatives on March 11.
