Tokyo stocks rise on eased credit fears, Nikkei retakes 13,000

TOKYO, Japan - A stock board of a securities company in Tokyo's Chuo Ward shows the key Nikkei index surpassing the 13,000 mark in the morning April 2. The index surpassed the 13,000 mark for the first time in three weeks on Wall Street gains and a weaker yen amid easing credit fears.
