Takeda to launch $8.8 bil. bid for Millennium Pharmaceuticals

TOKYO, Japan - Yasuchika Hasegawa, president of Takeda Pharmaceutical Co., speaks at a news conference in Tokyo on April 10 about the company's plan to buy all of the shares of U.S. drug firm Millennium Pharmaceuticals Inc. Sapporo to make Pokka subsidiary
