G-8 to support for vulnerable workers, eco-friendly workplaces
NIIGATA, Japan - Japan's Health, Labor and Welfare Minister Yoichi Masuzoe (C) speaks at a news conference in Niigata on May 13 after labor officials from the Group of Eight nations concluded a three-day meeting. The G-8 agreed on the need to create labor policies to support the so-called ''working poor'' and other socially vulnerable people as well as the need to promote environmentally friendly workplaces.
