Kotooshu wins 1st Emperor's Cup with 14-1 record at summer sumo

TOKYO, Japan - Bulgarian ozeki (champion) Kotooshu poses with the Emperor's Cup at Ryogoku Kokugikan in Tokyo on May 25 with his father Stefan Mahlyanov (R) and his supporters surrounding him. Kotooshu became the first European to win an Emperor's Cup by winning the Summer Grand Tournament with a 14-1 record.
