Hyogo Pref. group gives China know-how gained from 1995 quake
TOKYO, Japan - Former Hyogo Gov. Toshitami Kaihara (R), head of a prefectural support group for the victims of the May quake in China, presents documents to Chinese Ambassador to Japan Cui Tiankai (L) on June 12 detailing how the region in western Japan recovered from the devastation caused by the Great Hanshin Earthquake in 1995. The documents were handed over in the presence of Prime Minister Yasuo Fukuda (C) at his office.
