4 dead in violent election protests in Mongolian capital: local TV
ULAN BATOR, Mongolia - An armored vehicle is deployed in the center of Ulan Bator on July 2, a day after supporters of the opposition Democratic Party torched the headquarters of the ruling party to protest alleged fraud in the parliamentary election held over the weekend. According to Mongolian public TV, four people died and about 400 policemen were injured in violent protests on July 1.
