FUKUOKA, Japan - Police investigators enter the office of seafood importer Uohide in Fukuoka on July 3 to search for evidence. Uohide, based in Osaka, and Kobe-based wholesaler Shinko Gyorui Ltd. are involved in a false-labeling scandal in which the firms allegedly sold grilled eels farmed in China as products made using Japanese-raised eels.
