Japan economy slowing further, not in stagflation: Shirakawa

TOKYO, Japan - Bank of Japan Governor Masaaki Shirakawa speaks at a news conference at the Bank of Japan head office in Tokyo on July 15 after a two-day BOJ policy meeting. He said the Japanese economy is further slowing but denied it may have fallen into stagflation.
