Cambodia seeks U.N. help to solve military standoff with Thailand
PHNOM PENH, Cambodia - Cambodian Foreign Minister Hor Namhong (L in front) tells envoys stationed in Phnom Penh on July 22 that his country has asked the United Nations Security Council to hold an emergency meeting to discuss measures to help Cambodia and Thailand resolve the military standoff arising from a border dispute.
