Japan, N. Korea set for talks on abduction

SHENYANG, China - Akitaka Saiki (C), head of the Japanese Foreign Ministry's Asian and Oceanian Affairs Bureau, arrives at his hotel in Shenyang, China, on Aug. 10. Saiki will hold talks with Song Il Ho, North Korea's ambassador for normalization talks with Japan, on Aug. 11 on the issue of North Korean abductions of Japanese nationals.
