Body in Afghanistan looks Japanese
TOKYO, Japan - State Secretary for Foreign Affairs Ichita Yamamoto speaks at a news conference at the Foreign Ministry in Tokyo on Aug. 27 about the discovery of a body appearing to be that of a Japanese man in Afghanistan. Yamamoto said the government has not yet been able to confirm whether it is that of Kazuya Ito, an aid worker kidnapped on Aug. 26 in eastern Afghanistan.
