Social Insurance Agency staffer falsified pension premiums
TOKYO, Japan - Prime Minister Yasuo Fukuda (R) addresses a meeting of Cabinet ministers on national pension issues on Sept. 9, where the Social Insurance Agency acknowledged that one of its staffers had instructed companies to falsify employees' monthly incomes used as a benchmark to calculate pension premiums.
