Court rules Thai premier must quit over TV cooking shows

BANGKOK, Thailand - This undated photo shows Thai Prime Minister Samak Sundaravej (R) on a television cooking show after becoming premier. Thailand's Constitutional Court ruled Sept. 9 that Samak must step down for violating the Constitution by hosting television cooking shows while in office.
