Japan business leader expects no double-dip decline

TOKYO, Japan - Fujio Mitarai, chairman of the Japan Business Federation, the largest Japanese business lobby known as Nippon Keidanren, speaks at a meeting sponsored by Kyodo News in Tokyo on Sept. 17.
