Maeda leaves DPJ over ties with multi-level marketing agents
TOKYO, Japan - Ichiro Ozawa, president of the main opposition Democratic Party of Japan, speaks at a news conference at the DPJ's headquarters in Tokyo on Oct. 16. Ozawa said he has accepted an offer by DPJ House of Representatives member Yukichi Maeda to leave the party. Maeda is under criticism for his collusive links with the multi-level marketing industry.
