U.N. climate change conference opens in Poznan

POZNAN, Poland - The U.N. climate change conference opens in Poznan, Poland, on Dec. 1 to discuss a new climate treaty for 2013 and beyond to succeed the Kyoto Protocol. The conference will last until Dec. 12.
