MOF presents revised draft FY 2009 budget

TOKYO, Japan - Finance Minister Shoichi Nakagawa responds to questions from reporters at the Finance Ministry on Dec. 22 after the ministry presented a revised draft budget for fiscal 2009 to ministries and agencies which sets aside a total of 353 billion yen for priority policy matters and adjustments, following an instruction from Prime Minister Taro Aso.
