Japan's purpose is not regime change in Iraq: Kawaguchi

TOKYO, Japan - Foreign Minister Yoriko Kawaguchi speaks at a news conference March 20 after the ministry activated its crisis management office to collect information on the U.S.-led war on Iraq and to secure the safety of Japanese nationals in Iraq and neighboring countries.
