Daihatsu aims at No. 1 spot in small car market for 3rd yr

TOKYO, Japan - Daihatsu Motor Co. President Teruyuki Minoura speaks in an interview with Kyodo News in Tokyo on Jan. 26. Minoura said Daihatsu aims to take the largest share in Japan's shrinking market of small cars with up to 660 cc engines for the third consecutive year in 2009.
