KOSHIGAYA, Japan - Japanese teenage golf star Ryo Ishikawa (L) tries the ''e-Tax'' computer system for filing tax returns at the Koshigaya Tax Office in Koshigaya, Saitama Prefecture, on Jan. 29 with the help of a staff member. Ishikawa, 17, who became the youngest professional golfer to reach 100 million yen in single-year earnings in 2008, joined the event before tax offices across Japan begin accepting tax returns Feb. 16. Ishikawa said he wants the government to ''use taxes in a way that can make people smile.''
