Japanese pitcher Uehara arrives in U.S. to join Orioles training

FORT LAUDERDALE, United States - Japanese pitcher Koji Uehara (C) arrives at Fort Lauderdale airport in Florida on Feb. 10 to start spring training of the Baltimore Orioles, which he joined this year. ''I feel strange because I'm not in Miyazaki in February,'' the right-hander told reporters, referring to the Japanese city where the Yomiuri Giants, to which he belonged for 10 years, held spring training.
