Aso apologizes for Nakagawa resignation, admits responsibility

TOKYO, Japan - Prime Minister Taro Aso apologizes for the resignation of Soichi Nakagawa as finance minister during a session of the House of Representatives Budget Committee on Feb. 19. Aso admitted his responsibility for appointing Nakagawa to the post.
