S. Korean Pres. Lee calls on N. Korea to halt missile launch
SEOUL, South Korea - South Korean President Lee Myung Bak delivers a speech in Chonan on March 1 at a ceremony to mark the 1919 independence movement against Japanese colonial rule. Lee urged North Korea to halt its activities for launching long-range ballistic missiles and called for a resumption of dialogue between the two Koreas.
