BEIJING, China - A man is overpowered by a police officer after scattering fliers criticizing the China Securities Regulatory Commission from a rooftop in Beijing's central Xidan district on March 11. A group of around 20 people who have suffered losses due to the plunging stock market threw tens of thousands of copies of the pamphlet before being detained by police about 30 minutes later.
