Hawkers hoping to see Japan's statute of limitations abolished
TOKYO, Japan - William Hawker (R), 56, the visiting father of slain British woman Lindsay Ann Hawker, shakes hands on March 25 in Tokyo with members of a group of Japanese families of unresolved murder case victims who are seeking abolishment of Japan's statute of limitations.
