Japanese parliament urges N. Korea to stop missile launch
TOKYO, Japan - Members of the House of Representatives unanimously approve a resolution urging North Korea to abstain from launching a long-range ballistic missile at a plenary session on March 31. Earlier in the day, the House of Councillors adopted the same resolution.
