Pension agency begins sending notices to pension plan members
TOKYO, Japan - Photo shows envelopes to contain annual notices that Japan's public pension scheme operator, the Social Insurance Agency, will send to pension plan members. The agency began on April 3 sending the notices to inform members of their pension records and the amount of pension benefits they can expect in the future. Those whose pension records are highly likely to be incorrect will receive an orange envelope (R) and need to carefully check the data.
