Japan issues wrong info on N. Korean rocket launch
TOKYO, Japan - An aerial photo, taken April 4, of the FPS-5 radar at the Defense Ministry's Iioka research and development site in Asahi, Chiba Prefecture. The Defense Ministry said that the radar picked up a trace over the Sea of Japan on the radar screen, leading the government to erroneously report that North Korea had launched a rocket.
