N. Korea can develop space program after denuclearization: Nakasone
TOKYO, Japan - Japanese Foreign Minister Hirofumi Nakasone speaks at a news conference for foreign correspondents in Tokyo at the Foreign Correspondents' Club in the Japanese capital on April 7. During the news conference, he said North Korea would have the right to develop a space program, just as other nations do, but only after it completes its denuclearization.
