KDDI to sell solar-powered cellphone in June
TOKYO, Japan - Photo shows an image of a solar-powered cellphone which mobile phone carrier KDDI Corp. will begin selling in June. The company said April 20 that the handset can be charged by sunlight, the first of its kind in Japan.
