Bulgarian ozeki Kotooshu announces engagement

MATSUDO, Japan - Bulgarian ozeki Kotooshu raises his fiancee Asako Ando during a news conference to announce their engagement in Matsudo, Chiba Prefecture on May 5. Their wedding ceremony is scheduled for February next year.
