Blanco hits 1st roof-reaching homer in Nagoya Dome's history
NAGOYA, Japan - Chunichi Dragons slugger Tony Blanco looks up to see his two-run homer reach a speaker hanging from the roof of Nagoya Dome in the fourth inning of a game against the Hiroshima Carp. It was the first homer to reach as high as the speaker, 50 meters above the field, since the ballpark opened in 1997. The Dragons won 4-3.
