Japan Post official nabbed for permitting postal discount abuse

TOKYO, Japan - Officials of the Osaka District Public Prosecutors Office enter the head office of Japan Post Service Co. in Tokyo on May 19 to conduct a search related to allegations that companies were allowed to send direct mail using a discount system for the handicapped to save on postal fees.
