S. Korea condemns N. Korea's nuclear test as 'serious threat'
SEOUL, South Korea - Protesters burn portraits of North Korean leader Kim Jong Il during a rally in Seoul on May 25 after North Korea's announcement that it had conducted its second nuclear test. The South Korean government blasted North Korea, calling the test a ''serious threat to world peace'' and an ''intolerable provocative act.''
