Mt. Fuji covered with snow in mid-June

KOFU, Japan - Mt. Fuji is covered with snow on June 17, just two weeks before the start of its mountaineering season, after the temperature fell to 5.9 degrees C below zero on the top of the mountain the previous day on the back of a cold air mass hitting the region.
